WHY ARE CRASH COURSES BETTER THAN WEEKLY LESSONS?
A typical driving lesson. Spend the first five to ten minutes going over what you did last lesson/ week in order to refresh your memory and highlight what you will be doing today. Drive under instruction for about fifteen minutes. Stop and debrief for a further five minutes. Turn around and drive for a further fifteen minutes back home. Further debrief setting aims and objectives for the next lesson, deal with any associated paperwork and next booking.
After a while you simply get to know the route and the lesson no longer becomes either interesting or challenging. This is why progress is slow or at worst not being made. Also, just as you are beginning to settle into the lesson you are home again. Sounds familiar?
With an intensive driving course you will be driving both morning and afternoon. Due to the length of each session your instructor will expose you to a much wider variety of different driving situations. This will rapidly speed up the learning progress and make each day more challenging and far more enjoyable.
